enhances your strength, especially if you are training for long-distance runs. Remember, variety is not just

Sneakers talk, but are you listening? Inspect the wear patterns on your old kicks and let that guide you to your sole
mate. You need sneakers that speak your body's language to keep you from
wearing out too fast, or worse, injuring yourself. I visited a specialty
running store to find my perfect running fit.
However, if that is not possible, I would examine all of your shoes to see where you wear out the soles the most. Search for sneakers that are best suited for uneven or neutral gaits. Visit Reddit boards that focus on running and gather suggestions. When you are ready to commit to a shoe, size up! Nothing worse than a blackened toenail.

prevent your toenails from becoming ingrown. I failed to do this during
training and ended up losing a toenail. Thankfully, it was at summer's end,

5) Hydration Tips: Too Much HSO Will Make You Go
Drinking water is crucial, but let's face it, carrying a water jug while running is a drag. That's where a hydration backpack comes in handy. I used the Dolfin Pack, a water pack designed to be strapped to your back while running. I
used it for the Yonkers half-marathon, and it was a lifesaver. Unlike clumsy
water bottles, it's lightweight and won't hinder your stride.
6) Compression Socks: Embrace the Squeeze

9) Fueling the Engine: A Delicate Dance of Diet
